Where to start?


How to insert horse's data into SRA-HD?
Click on the "Horse's Name" list on the left of SRA-HD's screen.
Select from the Database menu > Horses > Insert Horse menu point or click on the + (plus) button in the tool bar.

A small box will show up on the screen to ask you for the name of the horse. Type it and press Apply button.
(You can not have two horses with the same name in the database.)

How to delete a horse from SRA-HD?
Click on the "Horse's Name" list on the left of SRA-HD's screen.
Select from the Database menu > Horses > Delete Horse menu point or click on the button in the tool bar that has a white sheet of paper on it.

A small confirmation box will show up on the screen. Press button Yes to delete the horse, or button No if you have changed your mind.

How to change the name of a horse?

Select from the Database menu > Edit > Edit horse's name menu point or click on the - (minus) button in the tool bar.

A small box will show up on the screen and will ask you for the name of the horse. Type it and press Apply button.
(You can not have two horses with the same name in the database.)

What sort of horse-data must I enter to SRA-HD?
The choice is yours. We recommend entering some of the General data to make the identification of a horse easier, but the rest is up to your handicapping style and temperament.

In case you are interested in the training of the horse fill in the Training form.

SRA-HD was especially designed to evaluate horses' performance with the help of their previous performance and their trackwork. Study the Runs form and the Advanced features of SRA-HD section.

Use the Comments form to store your remarks on the horse's runs. Don't trust your memory, trust your SRA-HD.

Insert today's date , the present date and time or any date into your comments with the help of a pop-up menu. Click on your mouse's right button in the comments' editor for the menu.
